Our Participation
Depending on the project, Aegean may participate through origination, feasibility, development management, consultant coordination, a development agreement or a property-specific joint venture.
Inclusion is selective and does not necessarily mean that Aegean owns the underlying property. Our role and participation structure are agreed separately for each project. Direct Aegean development participation is limited to selected projects in Southern Greece.
Landowners
Aegean Property Group helps landowners prepare and introduce suitable land and property to qualified buyers and developers. Where a sale is not the preferred pathway, we can also introduce potential joint-venture or development partners and coordinate initial discussions.
